Our office will take care of all necessary authorizations for you to be seen. If however you are the active duty person you will need to go to the B.A.S., Battalion Aid Station and have them send a referral to TriCare. At that same time please have them fax it to our office as we may be able to get the authorization for you a little sooner. When calling our office we will need all of
the information for the family member going to be seen and the sponsor
id, date of birth and name. If you have any further questions please
